Quality Assurance
AMCO fully embraces the concept and principles of partnering and regularly uses this management process with effective results.

BAA Framework Partnership
Our first formal venture into partnering was in 1997 with British Airport Authority (BAA), who at the time were recognised as the forerunners of partnering style procurement in the UK construction industry. This five year partnering framework agreement utilised the ECC Conditions (target cost with activity schedule). All contracts under the framework being executed on a transparent cost basis with each activity being benchmarked to measure continuous improvement.
Partnering, in several different formats, accounts for an ever-increasing proportion of our order book. In simple terms we define partnering as a commitment by both parties to a long-term relationship based on mutually agreed objectives to strive for world class capability and competitiveness.
