The company has developed and implemented a integrated Management System
which ensures that we can meet our clients requirements on time, every time,
from the initial design stage through to project completion.
Our system, which meets the requirements of both ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 14001:1996, holds accredited certification from LRQA and is based on an approach which ensures all areas of the company's infrastructure are addressed.
Our growing understanding and appreciation of our Management System has led
the company to embrace a philosophy of continuous business improvement. This
was further underpinned during 2001 by the development and implementation of
an integrated process based electronic management system, which is available
to all staff through the company's intranet.
Our Management System is designed to offer flexibility in our approach to
the particular type of work being undertaken on each specific project. This
is achieved through comprehensive continually updated Project Quality and
Environmental Plans which form the operational base for each scheme.
