  Directions: Heading North - A1 Leave the A1 at junction 60 - Turn left at the roundabout onto the A689. Go through the village 'Chilton'. At the large roundabout turn right onto the A167. Continue along the A167 - as you pass the BP garage on the right side of the road you will see a bridge spanning over the road ahead of you - go under the bridge - take the turning on the right signed Ferryhill. Follow the road uphill and take the first right turn into Dean & Chapter Industrial Estate. Heading South - A1 Leave the A1 at junction 61. At the roundabout take the third exit - signed A688 Bishop Auckland. Continue to the roundabout and turn right (2nd exit). Continue until you reach the next roundabout (Thinford Roundabout). Turn left at the roundabout. Continue straight along until you see the bridge spanning over the road - Approx. 20 metres before the bridge is the turning left for Ferryhill. Turn left for Ferryhill. Follow the road up and take the first right turn into Dean & Chapter Industrial Estate.
