  Directions: From M6 Leave the M6 at Junction 21. Follow the B5210 Woolston Grange Avenue (signed to Grange). At the first major roundabout turn right onto the A574 (Birchwood Way). At the next roundabout follow the signs for Birchwood shopping centre and Birchwood station. After passing the station on the right hand side, Birchwood One Business Park is 300 metres on your left hand side. From M62 Leave the M62 at Junction 11, turn left on to the A574. Continue on the A574 straight through two roundabouts (the Canon and Birchwood Park roundabouts), at the third roundabout turn left following signs for Birchwood shopping centre and Birchwood rail station. After passing the station on the right hand side, Birchwood One Business Park is 300 metres on your left hand side.
